Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lasca Laon (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to advertisers, publishers, and partners using our advertising platform, ad networks integrations, and traffic network services.

Platform Services

Lasca Laon provides an ads network and technology to launch and manage campaigns, including popunder ad formats and related pop traffic products. We may connect advertisers to third-party ad networks and inventory sources. We do not guarantee volume, conversions, or specific outcomes when you buy popunder traffic or run traffic pop up campaigns.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring all information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to promote illegal content, misleading claims, malware, unauthorized redirects, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. Campaigns must comply with our guidelines for popunder traffic, pop traffic, and affiliate marketing traffic. We may reject creatives, landing pages, or offers at our sole discretion.

Traffic Quality and Controls

We use monitoring and operational controls intended to improve traffic quality across our traffic network. However, no ads network can eliminate all invalid activity. You are responsible for your own tracking, postbacks, and optimization decisions. We may adjust routing, block sources, or change delivery rules to protect the ecosystem.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Pricing, budgets, and billing terms may vary by campaign type, geography, and inventory source. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks, fraud, or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension. Taxes and any bank fees are your responsibility.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of the advertising platform or any connected ad networks.
